It was another great week at Lafayette academy. Along with "Tt" we learned about triangles, the number 5, weather, and the seasons. Here are a few pics of our week for you to enjoy.

We start out day with several routines including our pledge.

During our circle time we focus on our theme, learn songs about our colors and letters, have finger plays and hear lots of stories.  Our favorite for this week was a delightful book. "Pete the Cat and his Four Groovy Buttons." Its a counting and subtracting book with a "don't sweat the small stuff" message.

You got to love Hunter's individuality!

Following large group time, there is project time, centers and time with Miss Paula to go over skills.

We added a little bit of rhythm instruments to our Brain Maze.

Fridays are fun sharing our objects with the letter of the week and wearing something with the color of the week:

 One of our crafts this week was based on our Bible Story.

Outside is a great time for some one on one conversations.
